Accredition and Empanelment Procedure of Third Party Competent Person for Inspection under Factories Act, 1948

  1. A person or an institution whose candidates has not attained 62 years of age with qualification, experience and facilities in command shown in the schedule (Click Here) may Apply to Chief Inspector of Factories and Boilers, Rajasthan, Jaipur with copies of the documents in support along with latest Medical fitness certificate online on RajFAB (https://rajfab.rajasthan.gov.in/) through Rajasthan Single Sign On using SSO ID (https://sso.rajasthan.gov.in/signin).
  2. No fees is required.
  3. If the qualification, experience, facilities in command and Medical fitness certificate are correct then Competency Certificate is granted online in RajFAB (https://rajfab.rajasthan.gov.in/).
